L'opération objet de la présente consultation consiste en la construction d'un nouvel Institut Médico-Éducatif (I.M.E) à Livry-Gargan (93), sur une parcelle aujourd'hui occupée par deux bâtiments, dont un sera déconstruit dans le cadre de l'opération. Le programme prévoit la construction d'un bâtiment d'environ 998 m² de surfaces utiles (SU), l'aménagement d'environ 400 m² d'espaces extérieurs et la réalisation de 5 places de stationnement dédiées aux véhicules de l'I.M.E. L'estimation du montant des travaux est de 3 527 979 euros hors taxes (H.T.).
