Lot 1: The subject of this call for tenders are services for pipe and civil engineering as well as for the non-destructive material testing trade for the construction of three new steel gas pipelines of different diameters and lengths, which are listed below: Interconnection line FGL 307.05 from EUGAL west of Lauchhammer to the gas pressure control measuring system Lauchhammer II with nominal diameter DN 800, pressure step DP 100 and a length of approx. 1,100 m. Interconnection line from the existing FGL 301 at the network junction Lauchhammer to the GDRMA Lauchhammer II with nominal diameter DN 400, pressure step DP 84 and a length of approx. 320 m. Interconnection line from the existing FGL 215 at the network junction Lauchhammer to the GDRMA Lauchhammer II, which consists of two sections: -Section 1: Nominal diameter DN 800, pressure step DP 84 with a length of approx. 342 m from the gas pressure control measuring system Lauchhammer II up to and including a branch valve group; - Section 2: Nominal diameter DN 500, pressure step DP 84 from the junction of the junction valve group to the existing FGL 215 at the Lauchhammer network junction with a length of approx. 80 m. The following plant components must also be built as part of the project: FGL 307.05: Line fittings group DN 800; FGL 215 interconnector: Line fittings group DN 800, pig lock system DN 800, branch fittings group DN 800 with branch DN 500; FGL 301 interconnector: Fitting DN 400 with bypass and ball chamber cover DN 50 Parallel to the three connecting cables, a cable protection pipe system consisting of two cable protection pipes d50 PEHD is to be laid. The implementation of the project is planned to take place in the period March - November 2026, with preparatory construction measures, such as the felling of trees, already starting in January 2026. However, it should be noted that the actual start of construction depends on the permitting process and therefore cannot yet be predicted with certainty. This fact must be taken into account when submitting a tender. Lot 2: The FGL046 pipeline, DN 600 DP 63, runs from the Schkeuditzer Kreuz NKP to Kirchheilingen. As part of the LHyVE project, the Milzau - NKP Schkeuditz section is to be converted to the transport of hydrogen. The project includes the necessary remediation of weaknesses, the separations and the connections to be established in this section. In addition, there are necessary replacements of existing valves due to unsuitability for hydrogen transport. The overall project comprises a total of 20 measures. Measures MN 15 and MN 14 will be implemented in 2027. The remaining 18 measures will be implemented in 2026. The material (pipes, fittings, fittings, etc.) is provided by the customer according to the material BOM created and approved in the planning.
