Obiectul achiziției constă în furnizarea și implementarea în cadrul Universității din București a unui Sistem digital integrat de telefonie IP modern și scalabil, esențial pentru optimizarea comunicațiilor interne și externe ale instituției. Achiziția se va face prin încheierea unui Acord Cadru cu o durata de 48 de luni. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 15 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
