The Assignment consists of: -Client makes an inventory list and layout per location, contractor ensures that the inventory and layout is built up and present per location on an agreed date. -Making the necessary technical drawings of the layout as agreed with the client. -Delivery and placement of the requested signing and decoration for the vaccination locations. By signing is meant, everything for the purpose of the indication walking routes, waiting room, entrance and exit etc. Think of; -Posters -Borden -Stickers -Arranging and coordinating all the required rental equipment and constructions. Must be able to deliver; -Tables/desks -Seats -Attire (Stickers, posters, plants, lighting) -Customised boxes and constructions for e.g. children and those in need -Prikhokjes -Administration desks -Standing tables -Adaptations to electricity and premises -Placing and furnishing the locations as agreed in the technical drawings. -Repair and adjust the rented equipment if necessary. -Transportation of rented equipment and supplies to all locations during construction. -Provision of temporary facilities so that all locations are accessible to the elderly and disabled. -In case of calamities to delivered material or constructions come by on the same day for repairs and / or delivery of new material. -The dismantling and removal of signing and rented material/constructions on the agreed date per location. -Transportation of rented materials and supplies from all locations upon completion/delivery. -Repair work in the event of (possibly) damage determined during delivery with the lessor.
