Description

1. Task implemented under the project "Programme for the development of key competences of primary school pupils in the municipality of Szemud" co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), Priority 5 European Funds for a Strong Pomerania ESF+, Action 5.8. General and vocational education under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 programme (FEP 2021-2027)’ 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in (OPZ) Annex 2 to the FTZ. 3. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract - project 4. All equipment, teaching aids, IT equipment and devices purchased and assembled under this contract must be brand new - not in use, unused, not modified, technically efficient, originally packed by the manufacturer, not withdrawn from production, free from defects and legal and physical, complete. 5. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the Order at his own cost and risk to the school facilities indicated by the Contracting Authority. - Until the subject of the contract is handed over to the Ordering Party, liability for loss of or damage to the subject of the contract shall be on the Contractor's side
