Description

The subject matter of this contract includes the provision of data analysis services with the aim of exercising greater control through the use of modern software tools to detect the unlawful use of literary or scientific work and its presentation as its own in scientific publications (plagiarism), abstracts, course and diploma works, dissertations and monographs, as well as to provide information that allows the identification of the number of loans in and the matching rate in the analyzed text and the identification of their sources. The service should support the work of the academic community and prevent plagiarism in scientific and educational activities. Estimated annual number of users - about 27 500, of which: - Approximately 25,000 students and doctoral students; - About 2,500 members of the academic staff. The estimated number of documents checked is around 30 000 documents per year. The detailed requirements for the performance of the contract are set out in Part IIa ‘TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDER’ of these Instructions.
