PURCHASE OF OCCASION VEHICLES FOR THE ACCOUNT OF THE CITY OF TROYES - 2nd RELANCE OF LOT 1-.
This single-awarded framework agreement with subsequent contracts concerns the purchase of second-hand light vehicles (sedans and commercial vehicles) on behalf of the City of Troyes. In accordance with Article L.2113-10 of the Public Order Code, the services are divided into four lots defined as follows: Pursuant to Article R2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, economic operators may tender for all lots. The lots referred to above may be awarded to one and the same economic operator. This public contract will be concluded in the form of a single-awarded framework agreement for subsequent contracts. The Holder shall be consulted whenever a need, within the scope of this Framework Agreement, arises for the Buyer. In accordance with the provisions of Article R2162-4-2° of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement is concluded with an annual maximum of: Lot 1: Used electric light-duty vehicles; €100 000 excluding VAT Lot 2: Used electric light commercial vehicles; 50 000 € excluding tax. Lot 3: Second-hand light-duty thermal-powered or hybrid vehicles; 50 000 € excluding tax. Lot 4: Second-hand thermally powered light commercial vehicles. ; 50 000 € excluding tax. Lots 2-3 and 4 have been awarded. This is the second relaunch of Lot 1 declared without further action by Decision No 2025/D0067 of 28 July 2025. It is specified that the maximum annual amount is to be understood as any subsequent contracts taken together.
