Description

Salisbury District Hospital is a medium sized acute hospital based in the south of England. The management of the Estate is operated by an in house Estates
Department covering all aspects of works, maintenance, new build and reactive repair. Whilst major projects usually operate under a principle contractor reporting directly to Estates Project Management, smaller planned and ad-hoc works are carried out both by employed craftsmen and external contractors. The object of this Framework is to put in place a list of contractors within each Lot, who will have been pre-qualified to carry out works on the SDH site. For individual procurements, further competition will be carried out amongst all pre-qualified suppliers on the relevant Lot against a defined specification, which may include an e-auction. The Framework Agreement resulting from this exercise will be valid for three (3) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) years. Successful qualification onto the Framework does not guarantee further business for the supplier, nor does it place the Trust under any spend commitment with an individual supplier.
Mini competitions within the Framework may be carried out by standard Request for Quotation or by electronic auction.
Interested suppliers should register on Tactica (https://tactica-live.advanced365.com), download the Framework Specification and PQQ documents, and return completed PQQ documents by Monday 19.1.2015 at 12:00 noon. Suppliers holding, or in the process of obtaining, Construction Line accreditation need not complete the full PQQ but do need to complete the lotting, Construction Line, and declaration sections. Completed supplier returns should be in English.
