Description

The project consists of the removal and demolition of the Miliangos building and the construction of a new building combining the activities of the Military Police (PMO) and the Regional Medical Centre (RMC). The project is accompanied by exterior fittings and a kennel. The volumetrics of the new building are legible and compact, L-shaped and on two levels, articulated on the site in order to offer guidance adapted to each user. The dimensions of the building are linked to the gauges of the armoury, thus underlining its link with the armoury. The Minergie P eco labeling building will focus on renewable energies and ecological materials such as wood for its structure.
