Description

The contract aims to secure delivery by purchasing hardware and construction materials and related products, auxiliary construction materials described in the Technical Specification – Annex 1, an integral part of this documentation. The contracting authority does not undertake a specific type and quantity of items specified in the Technical Specification - Annex No 1 of the documentation for participation. The ordered items by type and quantity will be depending on the needs of the Employer. The contracting authority may order materials other than those specified in the Technical Specification, according to the official and up-to-date catalogue/list of products presented (annex to the Contract for the execution of the public procurement) at unit prices and a discount rate offered by the participant selected as a contractor, in accordance with the conditions for participation and his price offer.
