Achizitie de energie electrica pentru o perioada de 12 luni Cantitate minima estimata 1460 MWh Cantitate maxima estimata 2725 MWH Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevăzut în invitatia de participare, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde consolidat tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
