4. Description of the subject of the contract. 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a cogeneration unit with a capacity of approx. 1 MWe with devices, connections, apparatus and software necessary for its proper operation and cooperation with existing cogeneration units. 2. The subject-matter of the contract shall include in particular: 1) Development of technical documentation in all sectors required by the scope of work (including, among others, the design of reconstruction and adaptation of the room for a new cogeneration unit, design of electrical power supply, ventilation and sanitary installations, etc.), necessary for the proper installation of devices at their location. 2) Delivery of a cogeneration unit, designed for continuous operation, powered by biogas from existing biogas installations. 3) Installation of equipment in the cogeneration unit room, including connection of supply and exhaust ventilation ducts, flue gas drainage, gas, heating, energy, AKPiA. These works also include the execution of necessary construction and assembly works (passing through the wall, supporting structures for devices, repairing damage caused during assembly) and installation. 4) Technological start-up of the unit and its testing under standard operating conditions, including island operation, in order to check its compliance with technical requirements. The start-up must last a minimum of 5 days, during which the required operating parameters must be achieved. 5) Training of the Ordering Party's personnel in the operation of the delivered equipment, including monitoring of parameters, periodic inspections and maintenance of the equipment. 6) Development of technical and operational documentation for installed devices, including instructions for use, electrical diagrams, technical data and service information. 7) Equipping the room of the new cogeneration unit with gas sensors (min. 2: primary and dismantled spare) causing emergency shutdown of the cogeneration unit when the gas appears in the equipment room 8) Starting on the manufacturer's test bench of a new cogeneration unit and conducting test tests, which will be documented by a report delivered to the Ordering Party. 9) Providing minimum 2 years warranty (16400mth) for the product delivered and installation. 10) Obtaining confirmation of the achievement of technological parameters specified by the Ordering Party in point. 1.2. OPZ, after the technological start-up. 11) Preparation and transmission of as-built documentation. 3. The contract must be carried out in accordance with the requirements contained in the Description of the subject of the contract Part III of the SWZ and in the model contract constituting Part II of the SWZ.
