Description

The subject of the contract includes delivery, bringing to the place of foundation, assembly, installation, commissioning of a brand new ICPMS spectrometer for the needs of the VSES in Poznań. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of the device together with the equipment and software necessary for proper operation, training of selected employees of the Ordering Party in the scope of the device used and service. The contractor will provide a 36-month guarantee on the completed subject of the contract. The object of delivery cannot be a prototype, it must come from serial production and meet the standards and legal regulations in force in Poland, it must be brand new, the year of production not older than 2025, free from structural, material, executive and legal defects. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex II. 2 to SWZ. The contracting authority carries out this procedure as part of the implementation of the tasks covered by the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for the period 2025-2026. In the event of failure to obtain funds to finance this contract, the procedure may be annulled on the basis of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act. In addition, the Contracting Authority informs that it is awarding a contract for the supply of spectrometers in parts, which are the subject of separate procedures.
