Głównym celem przeprowadzenia Kompleksowych Badań Ruchu (KBR 2024) jest uzyskanie aktualnych i wiarygodnych danych o podróżach mieszkańców Wrocławia i wybranych gmin sąsiednich, służących do aktualizacji i kalibracji stanu istniejącego w posiadanym przez Zamawiającego modelu ruchu. Dane te muszą uwzględniać wszystkie podróże wykonane przez respondentów we wskazanych terminach, w dniu powszednim, w godzinach szczytu porannego i popołudniowego, zarówno transportem indywidualnym, jak i zbiorowym.
