6x4 dump truck equipped with snow blade and anti-slip material spreader - 1 pc Deadlines for submitting / responding to requests for clarifications / additional information: A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the Award Documentation is on the 20th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the mentioned date will make it impossible for the CA to provide an answer and will therefore be considered TARDIVA. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The purchase of 6x4 dump truck equipped with snow blade and anti-slip material spreader - 1 pc, is necessary for the endowment of the production department within DRDP Buzau, this determining the increase of the efficiency of the maintenance activity of the highways and national roads and a better performance of the works executed in its own direction.
