The scope of the contract under Lot No 1 provides for the performance of construction supervision activities and the performance of the functions of a FIDIC Engineer, and in the performance of the service, the Contractor will act as: Engineer within the meaning of Clause 3 of the Contract Conditions for Technological Equipment and Design – Construction for Electrical and Machine-Assembly Works and for Construction and Engineering Projects Designed by the Contractor.
