Description

In einem Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 17 VgV mit den Preisträgern eines nichtoffenen Wettbewerbsverfahrens gem. RPW war Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistung: Objektplanungsleistungen zu den Leistungsbildern Gebäude und Innenräume (Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 der HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10 zur HOAI) und Freianlagen (Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 der HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 11 zur HOAI) jeweils in den LPH 2-9, wobei eine sukzessive Beauftragung vorgesehen ist.
Folgende Beauftragungsstufen sind für die Leistungsbilder Gebäude und Innenraume sowie Freianlagen geplant:
- Stufe 1: Erstellung der Leistungsphase 2 und 3 (feste Beauftragung)
- Stufe 2: Erstellung der Leistungsphase 4 bis 7 (optionale Beauftragung)
- Stufe 3: Erstellung der Leistungsphasen 8 und 9 (optionale Beauftragung)
