Description

Rental of a localised reprofiling workshop. The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-I.1° and 67-68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25 March 2016. The framework agreement with a minimum is on order forms with an economic operator. It was made pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of the same decree. The minimum amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement is EUR 50 000 excluding tax. The framework agreement shall be concluded from the date of notification of the contract until 31.12.2020.
