Belgium-Brussels: UCA 029/13 — Purchase of IP telephony equipment, provision of maintenance and consultancy services (including training)
The General Secretariat of the Council has launched a restricted invitation to tender with the aim of setting up a framework contract for the purchase of IP telephony equipment and the provision of maintenance and consultancy services. More specifically, this contract involves:
— provision of maintenance services for the existing IP telephony infrastructure,
— purchase of IP telephony equipment,
— on-site technical assistance in relation to IP telephony infrastructure,
— provision of consultancy services in the field of IP telephony,
— provision of training services in the field of IP telephony.
The proposed contract covers a landline telephony system installed at the General Secretariat of the Council, which comprises 3 buildings in the European District in Brussels with some 4 000 users.
For technical compatibility reasons and because the current IP telephony infrastructure is based on Avaya equipment, only technical offers proposing this technology have been accepted (an Avaya certificate has been requested in the specifications).
