Description

The subject of the contract is: Purchase and supply of accommodation equipment for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Radom – the proceedings are conducted with a view to concluding a framework agreement. The procedure is divided into two stages: a) Proceedings conducted under an open tender procedure, pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law, with a view to concluding a framework agreement, b) Enforcement proceedings with a view to concluding implementing agreements. The conclusion of the framework agreement does not create an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase, and on the part of the Contractor a claim for the award of a contract for the supply of furniture specified in the Offer Forms. Nothing in the framework agreement may be regarded as an obligation on the part of the contracting authority to award implementing contracts. The Contracting Authority envisages the conclusion of a framework contract with a maximum of five Contractors for each task whose tenders meet all the requirements of the Public Procurement Law and the Public Procurement Law and receive the highest number of points on the basis of the tender evaluation criteria set out in this Law. The conditions for the performance of the contract and the conditions for selecting the Contractor are set out in the swz and annexes to the swz.
