Description

Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of special infrastructure equipment of Air Force and Space Force Transmission Automated Modulation (TAM) stations. For Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO), the services requested are essentially technical actions of third and fourth level as defined in the standards NFX 60 000 and NFX60-319, NF EN 13306. Exceptionally and at the request of the GAIA, the holder may be required to carry out first and second level maintenance interventions. The description of the services falling within the scope of the draft framework agreement is defined in Article 2 of the "Candidate Phase" Consultation Regulation, a document that can be downloaded free of charge via the State Procurement Platform (PLACE), www.marches-publics.gouv.fr. The framework agreement includes an estimated minimum amount of €50,000 excluding VAT and a maximum of €600,000 excluding VAT for each 1-year period renewable 6 times from its date of notification.
