Il s'agit de nacelles élévatrices neuves et d'occasion pour des opérations d'intervention en hauteur en intérieur et extérieur sur différents sites de la Ville de Lyon (parcs et jardins, salles de spectacles, Hôtel de Ville, locaux administratifs..). Elles peuvent être automotrices ou électriques. Accord cadre à marchés subséquents uniquement , sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 200 000 euro(s) HT pour la période 1 et de 100 000 euro(s) HT respectivement pour les périodes 2 et 3. L'accord-cadre sera attribué à plusieurs opérateurs, dans la limite d'un nombre maximum fixé à 2
