Description

The drugs are necessary for the drug treatment of patients admitted to the Pius Brinzeu County Emergency Clinical Hospital Timisoara. Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 18. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests will be on the 11st day before the deadline for submission of tenders, the contracting authority, if selected for the ex-ante control, in accordance with Government Emergency Order No 98/2017, as amended, will make available to the persons empowered by ANAP, by the verification decision, consolidated replies to the requests for clarification, before uploading them and publishing them in the Electronic Public Procurement System, at least 4 days before the deadline for reply set out in the contract notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Annex 1 to Government Decision No 419/2018.
