Acquisition of maintenance and development of the Vera information system
The subject of the procurement is the maintenance and development of the occupational safety and health administration's operational Vera information system as well as the procurement of other ICT development for the period 1.6.2026 - 31.5.2028 or until the tendering procedure for the Vera contract has been concluded and the new contract has been signed and in force. The acquisition includes the maintenance and further development of the Vera information system as small-scale development or project-like development. The subject of the procurement may also be other ICT development projects related to the operation of occupational safety and health control and possibly other separate studies or assignments from the customer, which will be agreed separately. The items Other Works 1 and Other Works 2 of the price appendix shall apply to separate orders. Separate studies may include current state studies related to information systems, preliminary studies, design of technical architecture, feasibility studies of ready-made software, data analytics, information security, audits and preparedness. The Vera package logically consists of three sub-packages: Vera monitoring, Vera reporting and Vera e-services applications. Of these, the Vera e-services applications have been implemented for e-service platforms and have a technical connection to Vera. The occupational safety and health monitoring documents are archived from Vera in a common case management system.
