The customer is the municipal waste management company Etelä-Karjalan Jätehuolto Oy (hereinafter referred to as ‘EKJH’). In its area of operation, EKJH is responsible for the collection and treatment of waste mainly generated in housing (hereinafter referred to as ‘waste’), which is the responsibility of municipalities. EKJH has signed an agreement on the procurement of municipal waste, energy waste and the incineration of the energy fraction of construction waste from Kotka power plant of Kotkan Energia Oy. The EKJH shall request an offer for the transport of waste.
