As part of the Safe Real Estate programme, the municipality of Amsterdam has expressed the ambition to raise the fire safety of its property occupants to a higher level. Therefore, a large-scale approach has been decided to map the current fire safety level by means of fire scans of the approximately 700 owner-occupiers by means of recordings of building-related fire safety measures, hereinafter referred to as: fire scans.
