The subject of the contract is the finishing works and the development of the environment for the catering and conference centre building in the Etnograph Park in Tokarnia.
The subject of the contract shall consist of the performance of:
Part I – Finishing works, i.e.
1. General construction works:
— insulation of the roof + wooden floor,
— wall and ceiling finish,
— ceramic floors and specialties,
— inner and outer joinery,
— lifts,
— façades.
2. Sanitary works:
— water-to-channel installation,
— installation of co,
— the installation of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning,
— kitchen technology.
3. Electrical robots:
— electrical installations with fixed lighting.
4. Land use:
— low lighting,
— pavements, bands,
— rainwater drainage,
— wood terraces.
2. part II – Fixed buildings and floors, i.e.:
— furniture, fixed by the design of the interior design,
— wood floors and staircase linings on the main cage,
— wood terraces,
— façades,
— the housing of the wooden structure.
Part III – Water mesh:
— a water mesh with a barrier and bridge, planted,
horticultural care.
