Expansion of Hohenrhein - Disposal of excavated soil, recycling of building materials
The city of Lahnstein intends to commission the disposal of the earth masses, demolition materials, etc. separately for the construction project "Hohenrhein" in Oberlahnstein. The earth masses and demolition materials of the main measure are to be temporarily stored on newly created supply areas near the "Hohenrhein" road and resampled by the responsible geologist. Subsequently, the disposal of the corresponding piles is to take place. In the calculation, it must be taken into account that the construction of the heaps is created successively to the construction progress of the main measure and sampled promptly. The construction project is described below and is illustrated by drawings in the planning documents enclosed with the call for tenders. The provision areas are located along the planned construction site bypass between the roads "Hohenrhein" and "Martin-Luther-Straße". The construction site bypass is alternately turned into a one-way street via a traffic light control system. Corresponding difficulties and waiting times must be taken into account when calculating unit prices.
