Description

Finnvera acquires a collection service package for the voluntary and legal collection of financial receivables. The contents of voluntary and legal debt collection and the services to be procured are described in more detail in Appendix 4 "Service description". Finnvera's collection has already been outsourced to a similar extent to the procurement. The winning service provider will also take over the position already in collection. The extent of Finnvera's voluntary collection is illustrated by the fact that, on a quarterly basis, the first reminder letter is sent to approximately 4000 Finnvera customers, the second reminder to approximately 2000 customers and a payment claim to approximately 800 customers. Approximately 1,100 debtors and 2,800 funds a year were transferred to judicial recovery in 2023. More than 900 challenges were identified. Approximately 600 Finnvera customers were declared bankrupt and 220 debt restructurings were confirmed. Approximately 480 payment agreements were made in legal collection. In 2023, the registered capital for judicial recovery totalled approximately EUR 125 million and the accumulated amount for judicial recovery was approximately EUR 16.5 million. On 31 December 2023, the legal and post-recovery stock amounted to approximately 8,500 principal debtors and an open claim of approximately EUR 385 million. The IT entity of the service to be procured is described in Appendix 8 "Description of the IT solution" and Appendix 9 "Interface descriptions of the IT solution". Upon request, Finnvera will provide sample data related to data from Finnvera's Koris and Salkku systems against signing a non-disclosure agreement. Example data can be requested by e-mail from Hankinta@finnvera.fi. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
