Description

The subject of this contract is the provision of services for the repair and maintenance of company cars, lorries and agricultural machinery with spare parts, lubricants, anti-freeze materials and other consumables provided by the contractor:
1. ‘Repair’ means the removal, with the contractor’s spare parts, of accidental damage to the vehicle’s systems and their components or parts, and to the passenger compartment of the vehicle, which it is not possible to predict;
2. ‘Current maintenance’ means the replacement of periodically changing supplies in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer of the vehicle concerned and the requirements of the regulations;
3. ‘Consumables’ means operational fluids (oils, antifreeze, hydraulic and brake fluids, frion, etc.) which are a defined operational resource and are subject to replacement.
