Affordable and low environmental impact housing by more efficient use of existing building stock
The general objective is to advance the sufficiency agenda by improved knowledge and understanding about the potential of better use of existing buildings in the EU. The more specific objectives are about providing a clear picture regarding how different kinds of building policy can impact sufficiency measures and, moreover, how better data related to sufficiency can be generated and shared. All this to provide user-friendly information which Member States, municipalities and building projects can learn from.
