Description

Die das Stadtwerk Regensburg.Mobilität GmbH errichtet auf dem Betriebsdienstgelände der Markomannenstraße einen Neubau, das sogenannte Zuberhaus, mit Umkleideräumen und Duschen in schwarz-weiß-Trennung, Pausenbereich und Besprechungs- und Schulungsräumen. Im Gebäude erfolgt die Aufschaltung der Gebäudetechnischen Anlagen auf die Gebäudeautomation. Alle Anlagenkomponenten der HKLS Gewerke sowie der Raumfühler in den einzelnen Geschossen werden auf die jeweiligen Automationsschwerpunkte aufgeschaltet.
