Description

Die Positionen NA.15.0010, NA.15.0040 - NA.15.0070 des Nachtrags beinhalten zusätzlich erforderliche Arbeiten am Gerüst. Zum Zeitpunkt der Planung war nicht abzusehen, dass die Betonsanierung in dem derzeit geplanten Umfang ausgeführt werden muss. Dies stellte sich erst nach der Vergabe des Gewerks Rohbau vor Ort heraus. Wir empfehlen daher — wie bereits mit dem Rohbauer-der Firma Rundholz, und deren Subunternehmer, der Firma Torkret, sowie dem Bauherrn vor Ort besprochen — die kurzfristige Einplanung des Gerüstes als Schutz vor den Sandstrahlungsarbeiten etc. zur Durchführung der Betonsanierungsarbeiten zu veranlassen. Da die Firma Hagedorn bereits mit der Hauptleistung gemäß Hauptauftrag vom 23.01.2023 beauftragt ist, empfehlen wir, unter Berücksichtigung aller technischen und wirtschgtlichen Gesichtspunkte des Nachtragsangebots, die Fir a egggiprehäriffirtiefsviitun reg-g-av zu beauftragen.
