Description

It is a question of conducting a study to identify the deposits and the potentials of elevation on the city of Le Mans. The elevation is a lever to control the artificialization of soils (ZAN), participates in land sobriety and falls within the objectives of urban planning and sustainable metropolis, particularly addressed in the Le Mans Métropole 2040 territory project. Phase 1: Analysis of the building, production of the raw deposit - 2-month period (including data preparation) Phase 2: Study of the potential for elevation by category and type of building - 4-month period Phase 3: Transmission of data - 2-month deadline Phase 4: Research report - 2-month period Phase 5: Accompaniment of condominiums - Spread over 18 months The duration of the contract is 32 months. This period includes: - The above deadlines for each of the phases - COTECH and COPIL holding times - Validation times
