1. The subject of the contract is the preparation/execution of design documentation, obtaining the necessary decisions, opinions and permits (if required) and delivery and construction and assembly works of photovoltaic installations in the amount of 367 pcs. for own needs of residential buildings, photovoltaic installation and installation of heat pumps for own needs of a public building and performing author's supervision. 2. The contract is implemented in the ‘design and build’ system as part of co-financing from the Regional Operational Programme for the Łódź Voivodeship for 2021-2027, Measure FELD.02.05 Renewable energy sources, the European Funds for Łódź 2021-2027 regional programme under the project ‘Construction of renewable energy sources in the Municipality of Sławno – stage II’ – co-financing agreement: No FELD.02.05-IZ.00-0116/23-00. 3. The planned installation and construction works will not pose a threat to environmental protection and will not be a project that may have a harmful effect on the environment. 4. The documentation must be printed on ecological paper, produced from legal forest resources, harvested sustainably, meeting the conditions of at least one of the listed PEFC Certified, PEFC Recycled, FSC 100%, FSC Mix, FSC Recycled, EU Ecolabel or other equivalent certificate, i.e.: a document issued by an organisation independent of the Contractor, authorised to issue a document in the country of origin of the raw material and confirming the same conditions as set out in the above-mentioned certificates, which will be confirmed by an appropriate statement and documents submitted at the stage of preparation of documentation 5. The construction equipment used to carry out the project must have the necessary technical tests. The contractor is obliged to use construction machinery using energy from RES (equipment type: screwdriver, angle grinder, welding machine, forklift, etc., powered by electricity and/or having electric accumulators that will be charged with electricity from RES, e.g. photovoltaics or biogas). 6. As part of the subject of the contract, the existing greenery will be preserved - no interference with green areas, felling of trees, shrubs, etc. is planned. 7. The scope of the contract also includes the performance of measurements and tests, warranty and service support, adaptation of the existing accompanying infrastructure and connection of the designed installations to existing WLZ installations and c.o. and c.w.u. training of installation users in the field of its operation and operation. 8. The contracting authority shall divide the contract into 3 (three) lots: 8.1. Part 1 - Design and construction of photovoltaic installations in the amount of 367 units for own needs of residential buildings and performing author's supervision. 8.2. Part 2 – Design and construction of a photovoltaic installation for the needs of the Municipal Office and performing author's supervision. 8.3. Part 3 – Designing and installing heat pumps for the needs of the Municipal Office and performing author's supervision.
