Description

Full-scale operation and development of security equipment and systems, as well as maintenance and repair of fire and gas detectors under a framework contract. The details are set out in the Public Procurement Guide (hereinafter: Instructions) and the Technical Description and its Appendices (Remote Surveillance, List of Asset Protection Systems and Security Incidental Maintenance Documents). In particular, the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the maintenance of security systems is not carried out on a regular basis, but only in the case of a separate order. In the framework of the operation, it is necessary to ensure the operation of the property protection systems operating at BKV Zrt., i.e. to maintain their continuous operability. The tasks to be performed include the repair, maintenance and, where appropriate, development of safety equipment, as well as the repair and maintenance of gas detectors and fire detectors. When the fire alarm, gas alarm and other equipment is maintained, the maintenance processes specified by the manufacturer shall be carried out. The planned quantities indicated in point BT-24 are based on the systems and equipment currently in operation at AK for a period of 12 months, known as ‘experience quantities’. Quantities have been specified for the purpose of the well-founded evaluation of offers, for the determination of the total offer price excluding value added tax, and the service ordered under the contract may differ from these experience data.
