Description

Full operation and development of security equipment and systems, maintenance and repair of fire and gas detectors under a framework contract. The details are set out in the Procurement Guide (hereinafter: Guideline) and the Technical Specifications and Appendices (Documents on Remote Monitoring, List of Property Protection Systems and Security Incidental Maintenance). In particular, the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the maintenance of security systems does not take place on a regular basis, but only in the case of a separate order. As part of the operation, it is necessary to ensure the operation of the security systems operating at BKV Zrt., i.e. the maintenance of their continuous operability. The tasks to be performed include the repair, maintenance and, where appropriate, improvement of safety equipment, as well as the repair and maintenance of gas detectors and fire alarms. Maintenance of fire detection, gas detection and other equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the maintenance procedures specified by the manufacturer. The planned quantities referred to in BT-24 have been determined for 12 months on the basis of the systems and equipment currently in operation at AK, known as ‘experience quantities’. The quantities were specified in order to determine the total price of the offer excluding value added tax in order to assess the offers in an informed manner, and the service ordered on the basis of the contract may differ from these empirical data.
