Description

Acquisition of an automated microbiology system in order to equip the Codlea Municipal Hospital In order to properly carry out the activity of the medical unit, it is necessary to contract medical equipment so that the services offered can be provided, at a high quality level, in accordance with the technology on the market, at a high competitive level with a direct impact on the health level of the local population/those in transit and neighbouring territories, as well as on the income of the medical unit. Details on the technical, quantitative and financial aspects can be found in the tender documentation attached to the contract notice. The technical requirements defined at the level of the contract notice, the tender specifications or other supporting documents, by reference to standards, to a particular manufacturer, to trade marks, patents, types, to a specific origin or production/method of manufacture/supply/execution, shall be understood as being accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. Economic operators, possibly tenderers, may submit requests for clarifications no later than 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders and the contracting authority has the obligation to reply no later than 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
