Description

Welcome to the DAS for the hiring of Teaching Personnel for the Ter AA Regional Training Centre Foundation. Through this DAS, teaching staff are lawfully hired on a secondment basis on the basis of an hourly rate, which cannot be contracted by means of the framework contracts already contracted with temporary employment agencies (Lot 1) and secondors (Lot 2). Teaching staff shall mean: teachers, instructors, trainers/supervisors. The use of security guards is not part of the scope of this DAS. The Client reserves the right to withdraw an ongoing request in this DAS if it has been filled in through another channel. The aim of this DAS is to appeal to a diversity of providers and to bring supply and demand together in the best possible way. This DAS is published on the basis of the 2012 Procurement Act and is therefore covered by European Directive 2014/24/EU. The scope of the contract cannot be financially expressed.
