Description

This is a public contract for intellectual services.
This consultation consists of choosing an insurance adviser for the City.
Missions requested:
provide advice by responding to any request and using all existing means of communication (telephone, post, e-mail, fax, etc.);
— check all documents sent by insurers before they are settled (contract, riders, premiums, regularisations, etc.);
— manage the negotiation of insurance contracts by means of an adapted or formalised procedure, in accordance with the Public Procurement Code (i.e. the preparation of documents in the business consultation file: consultation rules, act of undertaking, administrative provisions, special technical specifications and analysis of tenders).
visit the municipality in order to take stock of pending assurance packages: Minimum 2 visits per year (This number of visits may be higher than the number of visits set if necessary).
Part of the contract will consist of annual services remunerated at a fixed price (ongoing monitoring of files, negotiation of contracts) and one-off services on the basis of order forms for a maximum annual amount fixed at EUR 5 000 excluding tax (preparation and award of construction insurance contracts).
The contract shall start on the date of notification. Its duration is set at 12 months up to the maximum number of orders fixed. It may be renewed 3 times by express renewal for a period of 12 months. The total duration of the contract is 48 months.
