1. The subject-matter of the contract is the successive delivery to the Contracting Authority’s premises (medical storage facility) of single-use medical equipment according to the quantity and range specified in the price form, which is attached as Annex 2 to the ToR.
2. The contracting authority shall allow tenders to be submitted for individual packages:
