Description

Obiectul acordului-cadru îl constituie achiziționarea serviciilor de asigurare facultativă FULL CASCO, pentru autoturismele din dotarea parcului auto al Curții de Conturi a României.
Achiziția va fi derulată integral prin mijloace electronice, într-o singură etapă.
Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 15 zile.
Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor.
Se vor respecta prevederile art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare și ale art. 27 din Anexa la H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
