Description

Prestarea serviciilor de îngrijire si conducere a arboretelor tinere pentru arborete administrate de Directia Silvica Suceava se face în conformitate cu prevederile amenajamentelor silvice si cu programul transmis de catre Regia Nationala Padurilor - Romsilva. Nota: In conformitate cu art.160, alin 2 din Legea 98/2016, modificat prin OUG 107/2017, Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in termen de 10 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se pot solicita clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, astfel: cel tarziu in a 15 a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anuntul de participare.
