Description

The services concern the treatment of conventional (non-radioactive) waste produced by CEA Marcoule at the Marcoule and Pierrelatte sites (excluding Industriels Banals waste for the latter).
This waste is divided into 4 categories; industrial Banals Waste (DIB), Dangereux Industrial Waste (DD), Inerte Waste (DI) and Infectious Risk Care Waste (DASRI)
The services consist mainly of:
— monitoring of 5 m³ waste tippers dispersed on the site; removal, weighing, replacement and transport of the skips between the facilities and the sorting centre,
— collection outside the waste tippers which are bulky or which do not form part of the tippers,
— treatment of waste from the sorting centre by carrier, including sorting, weighing (weighing tickets), control, transfer to selective areas before removal and preparation of dispatch,
— the management of off-site shipment and treatment of waste,
— management, monitoring of the activity, data-processing, data retention and archiving and regulatory assistance,
— ancillary services for mechanised sweeping of roads and tracks on the site,
— the collection and disposal of catering food waste,
— the search for an optimised valorisation pathway,
— the provision of a patch,
— the collection and disposal of hazardous waste from Pierrelatte and then its treatment at the Marcoule site,
Option:
— the installation of on-board weighing vehicles for the collection of skips.
The contract will be concluded for a fixed duration of three years and an additional two years as an option (1 + 1).
