Description

The project includes reconstruction of existing building (STAKO), area approx. 8 000 m² as well as new building with an area of 5 000 m².
The existing parking facility shall be demolished.
Helgeland Knowledge Centre shall have premises organized for approx. 680 students from the university, studying simultaneously. Municipal, county administrational and university libraries shall be co-localised as a part of the project. The building is also adapted for accommodating the Knowledge Park Helgeland, Rana adult education and the county’s career centre. For further information see the tender documents.
