Description

The purpose of the performance of the contract is to provide, for a period of 24 months, a national ‘eIDAS clause’ within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions. The national node and possible third party middleware (announced eID of Member States’ systems) must be operated in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1501 of 8 September 2015 on the interoperability framework and the ‘eIDAS – Interoperability Architecture’ and other legislative and operational arrangements within the EU, both currently in force and in future.
