Description

The contract covers the preparation of complete project documentation, together with the necessary permits and decisions, as well as the carrying out of copyright supervision of the implementation of these projects, for the implementation of the tasks planned for implementation in the Baligród Forest District under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment – Management of Resources and Prevention of Environmental Risks (Cohesion Fund funds), priority axis III of the project ‘Tackling the effects of rainwater run-off in mountain areas’. Increasing the retention and maintenance of the streams and related infrastructure in good condition.’
For all the planned tasks, the Contracting Authority has a certificate from the authority responsible for monitoring Natura 2000 sites stating that: “Due to its location, nature, type and scale of possible impacts, the project will not have a significant adverse effect on the condition of the natural habitats and the habitats of the plant and animal species for which Natura 2000 sites have been designated or are being designed. Therefore, it was considered that the assessment referred to in Article 6(2) has been carried out. 3 of Directive 92/43/EEC was not considered necessary.’
The whole subject of the contract consists of 5 separate lots (packages):
—package No 1 – (tasks 1 to 15 and 62),
— package 2 – (tasks 16 to 19, 30, 31, 33 to 37, 44 to 51),
— package 3 (tasks 20 to 29, 32 and 38 to 43),
— package 4 – (tasks 52 to 61),
— package No 5 – (task 63).
