Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of water and sewerage materials, broken down into 4 lots.
3. Detailed descriptions and quantities of individual items of the subject-matter of the contract shall include: for Part 1 (fittings): Annex 5a to the ToR; for Part 2 (installation materials): Annex 5b to the ToR; for Part 3 (rules): Annex 5c to the ToR; for Part 4 (concrete): Annex 5d to the ToR.
4. The quantity of the subject-matter of the contract was estimated for a period of 12 months. The contracting authority reserves the right to execute the subject-matter of the contract in its entirety, i.e. in the quantities shown on the material and price forms, in which case the contractor will not be entitled to a claim on that basis.
The contracting authority shall be entitled to an option of 100 % for this contract in each of the items mentioned in the material-price form. The contracting authority is entitled to increase the contract by 100 % in the prices offered on the material-price form.
