1. Name of the contract: Renewal of service support for protection systems against advanced and targeted APT/TPT attacks. 2. The subject of the contract* is: 2.1. Purchase and renewal of the provision of Manufacturer's Technical Support (maintenance) for the licenses held by the Ordering Party of the Software and the Equipment on which the System is based, while maintaining continuity for the previous period of provision of Manufacturer's Technical Support; 2.2. provision of Extended Technical Support by the Contractor. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms and conditions of the contract are set out in the Draft Terms of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the Terms and Conditions of the Order (hereinafter: "SWZ"). *The terms used in capital letters are defined in the Draft Terms of the Agreement, which constitute Appendix No. 5 to the FTZ.
