Description

De opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een overeenkomst voor: 1. de levering van audiovisuele middelen en componenten in de breedste zin van het woord voor zowel eenvoudige alsook omvangrijkere audiovisuele systemen, waaronder: audioapparatuur, videoapparatuur, audio en video opname apparatuur, audio en video bewerkingsapparatuur, audio en video interfaces, audio en video netwerkapparatuur, webcasting- en digital signage apparatuur, AV bekabeling, AV Kasten, racks en consoles, AV toebehoren; 2. De mogelijkheid tot het gezamenlijk ontwikkelen van dienstverlening; 3. Het uitvragen van volledige turn-key opdrachten; 4. En het (optioneel) separaat inhuren van medewerkers voor het uitvoeren van AV-werkzaamheden t.b.v. advies, onderhoud, installatie, engineering, projectleiding en consultancy. Ter indicatie van de omvang van de opdracht: De verwachte omvang (incl. indexeringen) over de periode 2026-2031 bedraagt 6 miljoen euro. Aan deze omzetindicatie kunnen geen rechten ontleend worden. Door bijvoorbeeld bezuinigingen op het hoger onderwijs kan de Vrije Universiteit besluiten om investeringen in nieuwe Audiovisuele middelen on hold te zetten.
