Description

1. The contract concerns:
(1) delivery of 2 (two) patrol boats of the type SPORTIS RIB S-14500/K
14.55 m in length, hereinafter referred to as ‘small’, in the configuration in accordance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract in Annex 1 to the contract, the Contractor’s technical documentation constituting Annexes 2 and 3 to the contract and the complete documentation enabling the boat to start operating.
(2) delivery of the boats referred to above in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Annex 4 to the contract,
(3) delivery with each boat of all the documents indicated in Annex 5 to the Agreement,
(4) provision of crew instruction in accordance with Annex 2 to the Agreement,
(5) provision of guarantee services under the conditions laid down in Section 6 of the Agreement.
